Mission

Community Boating Center, (CBC) is a youth development outreach center connecting Greater New Bedford youth with mentors to enhance their lives through boating and marine activities, with a strong focus on ocean stewardship and environmental awareness. Our programs are designed to build personal character by using boating and sailing as a tool to help instill important life lessons such as values of integrity, sound judgment and teamwork.
